I bought a GLI today

I got a 90 GLI sitting in my shop today. Got it for 1350 with timing issues....It literally took less than 3 mins to fix the timing!!!! It runs great now. The interior is almost perfect, no rips in the recaros or cracks in the dash. It just needs a good detailing. The body is clean as well. But I need a new front bumper the one on it has a bend in it. It also came with the newest and coolest exhaust systems on the market......NOT! Has a coffee can muffler that needs to go before I take it anywhere. Heres a couple pix. I also bought some new wheels. Nothing nice just some cheap mesh style 16s but they will look good till I can buy some nice wheels like BBs etc. I need to take it easy on this one till my Corrado is done

Spokane craigslist. Dude from St Maries. He seemed pretty nice. he said he is building a 1.8t cabby. Joe something though. I cant remember my memory of yesterday is foggy

This was closer than the Corrado and I have one already!! I didnt want to fix up a VR and make you Jealous. 2 Corrados in the area is enough for now
