I think that with any of those motors you can also run SM (Street Mod) which is kind of a catch all class. It keeps the stock suspension mounting points, but opens up the engine to anything Volkswagen offered in any car. Unfortunately with the cam swap my car falls in that class. It's a fun class in Billings because so many cars use this category.

Man i wish we had a cherry picker. You know how many times kevin brandon and i have lifted the front end of a mk1 over an engine. good times though
that is a good lookin rabbit youve got there. Lookin good man

good progress, degrease that engine ver very good and get a spot weld drill bit and remove everything unneeded. rip all seam sealer etc. its necesarry you never know where rust be lurkin in a mk1
