I timed it not to long ago, and I have never messed with the dizzy for the reason that I don't understand black magic! :laughing: I don't think it has been messed with, it has done this pretty much since I have owned it. (about 4 years) I just haven't gotten around messing with it. I haven't done any autocrossing yet this year, and have only driven it a tiny bit, so it really hasn't been a problem. I will get to it soon, though. Well maybe after june....

Actually I was bombing around in it this week and I thought
Man, this would be fun to take on the YNP cruise!
Then I thought to myself
Man, I would really like air conditioning and power steering in the park!
Jetta it is. Or maybe I will bring the Treg just to spite B and S!

i can turn on every dash CEL/warning light with a simple sequence of dash buttons :laughing: bring the touareg "do it" :laughing: "do it"

Now if you bring the GTI The rabbit gurus will fix you high idle :eek: :o

power steering is for wimps :) and so is a/c. why would you need a/c if you got the poor mans a/c the wing window

You could drive the touareg, and tow the Rabbit, that way you would have AC, and the Rabbit Gurus can fix your idle problem and if you feel the urge to cruise in the Rabbit it will be there with you. Just a thought.
