power steering will help keep that GT40r you got in mind pointed where you want it! i like manual steering too.

Shouldn't be too hard, give it a shot. Worse comes to worse you would have to take it to a professional.

if you have all the stuff bring it down and we can install it in a day or so probly less like a few horws

OOOOOK....so. I have hit a brick wall. I went to put the rack in and i appears that the spline on the power rack is about 4mm too big! what to do what to do!?!?!?!?!?!?! PLEASE HELP!

What parts did you swap? Did you change out the steering link too or just the rack?
Edit, by link I mean universal joint between the rack and the column.

FWIU you need to swap out the uni joint from a manual to power if you have a power rack. You may find one locally - maybe Kevin has one (t53a).
