well, lets see, ill drive the 16VT rabbit, matt will drive the VR6 rabbit, and the beetle is going to get a healthy dumping, and a coat of loud paint, maybe if it pans out, (no pun intended) an 1835cc is in the works.

right on man. loud paint always looks good on a beetle. the lksrod has an 1835. it runs really well. I was able to do 65-70 the whole time with no problems. it tops out at about 100 and on the way from great falls to belgrade i used just under half of my 15.5 gallons of fuel, so it gets good mileage and is a hoot to drive, but origonaly i wanted to do a troker motor for it but i was low on funds, but if i was gunna make another non-stroked motor i would go with a 1915 and if u keep the com ratio relatively sane you shouldnt have an overheating issue

just out of curiosity, how did you cut your glass down?

with a lazer beam! haha just kidding. the front window is lexan and the 2 rear side windows are plexi glass so i just cut them out with a jigsaw. it worked out really well.

OIC, I kinda figured something like that. I have a glass shop, so I was wondering. You could have had 1/4" lami cut for the side glasses, but I would be lost on the front windshield.....

yeah and actualy what happened is i went to a local auto glass place here in town and the guy said he had a friend who could cut my windhield. so a few days later i go in and ask how my windshield is doing. and long story short they broke it a few days earlier and didnt even call me to tell me about it. so i just said f**k it and made my own
