DAMN, didnt see ive never updated with finished ish pics.
back to front
middle to back
back to front looking up
kitchen/shop lounge, now has tv fridge recliner and couch
on to upstairs
main relax movie/ chill area
back to front upstairs, chill area 2, still in the works, a possible re-design comming.
front to back
autographed motorsports stuff for manly decoration.
its all working out pretty good, neighbors include some kids with serious drift cars, and a bad ass 8000 sq foot skatepark with inset foam pit.

^ FWIW its now a Samsung 50" with wifi blu-ray now. and that tv is in the shop lounge.

nice work fellas, I have a drawing and a plan for my next house/ shop all in one as well. I will post a build thread when we break ground.
no issues with living in a commercial only area? or is that on the D.L. ? :-)
