Re: YASHA GTI build.
Ok I'm going to keep my options open. Does anyone have a ABA that they would want to get rid of?

Re: YASHA GTI build.
My new grill arrived today. All I need to do now is paint the edge red!

Re: YASHA GTI build.
No, don't paint it! I used 1/4" red pinstriping tape and it came out perfect. No worring about messy edges or anything. I did mine about 5 years ago, and she is still running strong! I think I still have some left over from when I did mine. If you make it up next week, I will throw in in with the rest of the stuff.
Wait, I just took a better look at your grille. does it have a silver stripe, or is that just reflection?

Re: YASHA GTI build.
Would it cool to keep stock seats or to get race seats?

Re: YASHA GTI build.
Are you talking about your car? It really depends on how you are going to drive your car. I have a set of Sparco Speed seats that I used for a while (actually just the driver's side) and started to get tired getting in and out of them all the time. I went back to the OG Mk2 Recaros. But if you are interested, I might be willing to part with the Sparcos. Also, you must be skinny. but that pretty much goes for any "racing seat"

Hay by the way still trying to make it up there. Scott found a motor for me at the Russian salvage yard. So once again weather pending it may look like this coming Saturday may work out. So just a heads up. Let me know if you will be around. Laters.
