Well, We got her finished up last night and found out the injector pump was bad. Switched in another pump and it ran wonderfully.
New:
Coolant
Hoses
Fuel lines
Timing Belt
T-Belt tensioner
Water pump
Glow plugs
Headlight switch
Gauge Cluster

Anyways... She ran great!..... for 15 minutes.... then the BRAND NEW timing belt snapped :banghead: . So.. off comes the head soon. Here are some pics.

No problem. It's pretty good stuff. You may have to spray it a few times.

Heads definitely no good, one of the tappets was broken and a chunk of it was sitting outside. Cylinders and pistons are good, thank god.

The timing belt was rubbing on something inside the cover which caused it to break, it wasn't from an over tightened tensioner.. So I'll investigate that tomorrow. I'm done for the night
