02a are from corrados and passats so i guess they would work but my has an o2o, as does yours.

shoot my bad. i always thought mk3 aba was a o2a.

Easy mistake. I gave your number to my buddy nate cus he's got a white 97 white trek auto he's lookin to convert to 5 speed, and to have spare parts of course. I think I'm going to go with the mk2 close ratio 16v tranny.
