Little more progress made on the 4th. Just twiddling my thumbs waiting for the front bumper guides at this point and have some more cosmetic work to do.
Got the rear sorted...took me forever to get the holes to line up and the bumper to look right, but I chalk that up to inexperience.
Also cleaned and assembled the lower panel for the front end. Put the spoiler on and test fitted to make sure it will fit properly.
I just went with matte black for now. This piece was pretty beat up, so I will do a better job on round two someday.

Got up early and gave her a bath. Me and the wife took her up to Cars and Coffee for a while. She was in some pretty good company.
The trim stuff still needs tidying up, I NEED to find the quarter flares and no luck so far. Put a new Wolfsburg emblem on the drivers side. Bla bla bla...pretty happy at this point. So much fun to drive too.
From Cars and Coffee:
This was rear engined...hmmmm...
This one was owned by the guy who started Yankee Candle Co. He lives locally and has quite a collection. Probably the only one I will ever see...
Always a Testarossa fan I think it was Miami Vice.
That's it for now. Happy Sunday folks!

The red/white rear engined truck is a chevy corvair rampside pickup. Powered by a horizontal 6 cyl air cooled engine. They also made a van called the greenbrier.

Cool - had no idea they existed! Rampside would be perfect for the dogs.

Or grandma....

Well not any real progress to report unfortunately. But we have been putting together our baby's room since she will be showing up any day now. I did get an iPad for work from the boss last week and messed around in the Photobooth. Thought this was pretty cool.
