No, I drove it with a tech to point out the sound and then he noticed it right away.

That setup will give ya good sound but you wont wow anybody with your bass if that's what your looking for.. if not your set. I have a really similar setup in my car and i love it, not the biggest and baddest but sounds amazing to me, clear and low. A couple things I would recommend (if your not against a little mix and match) is check into a Rockford amp, they'll say maybe 600 watts but they really have more like 650.. Basically where everybody else rounds up, Rockford rounds down. So in the end you'll end up with a louder system. The bad thing about Rockford is the price.. just a little high :p The other thing is the kind of music you usually listen too... I have 10s in my car because i wanted a faster response for stuff with double bass in rock and metal.. If you listen to more rap/r&b or just slower stuff go with some 12s, you'll get lower lows that makes a huge difference. I sometimes regret going with 10s in mine.

Oh and for your speakers... what does your deck put out? 40-50 watts? I would do the subs first and see how you like it. The mono amp your thinkin about wont overpower the speakers. If it does talk to me, Ive got a small 4 channel alpine amp that you might like. im not even using it, pretty much brand new. Itll double whatever your deck puts out, just enough to match the subs.
