for the detail work. Stoney's got a pretty good handle on the details so far....I think most the detail will need to be done on the 19th of April when we do the test run. I am probably not going to make the test run, its a long ways to drive.

YEAHH!!! I'm excited. it'll be a nice break from working 75 hour weeks. I'm bringing a mustang with VW emblems and Audi rings. Does that count as Euro?

I think we should all agree to bring certain things ahead of time. And do a check list the night before we leave. As for the steering rack I'll also bring spare steering rack straps haha.

Yes, there is a place to to pull over on the edge of the road to wait for people to come through. But it could only handle maybe ten cars max.

It really shouldn't take a long time to get the cars into the park. I'm going to put in a call to YNP and see if we can send in money and RSVP things early. Basically each person will send money to me along with all of their information, and maybe I can run down the day before and have them print me out all of the receipts and such. Then I'll just have to hand out everything to people because it's really, really quick if you just have to flash them your receipt. You're on your way in just a few seconds.

There are numerous pullouts along the way so its hard to label what ones to stop at.

I've thought about walkie-talkies this entire time and it's the best way to communicate considering that there is NO reception in the park. Front and rear cars should have CB's though. Wade, think we could rent two CB's for a weekend?

We will be labeling pull-outs on our initial; run through so no worries there.

I agree, agree, agree.
People are going to want to stop more then the planned stops, so just a couple mass stops will be much eaiser to maintain. Once again, walkie talkies would come in handy.
Alot of logistics won't be ironed out until after the scouting run.

I'm bringing my Corrado. Spencer is right my buddy has a mustang but he loves the euro as well.
