Sorry, no extra wheels right now. I have some 13" that came with it, but I may run them when I find the right tire.

I did get the wheels from Aeron, I think they look good. I ended up having to get wheel bolts from the junkyard because the stud/lug combo for the other wheels didn't work with these OEM wheels.

Some more progress, now that I have it running. Got it up in the air on ramps and was able to clear out more of the vines that wrapped all around the, well, everything.

This hose was collapsing, and was squealing and causing cold idle issues so I found a chunk of hose and remade the piece. Worked great.

After that, I pulled the seats and cleaned everything up with some simple green and Meguiers #40 rubber/vinyl cleaner and conditioner. I also vac'd the interior, cleaned the seat sliders and tracks, and found one slider that wasn't attached to the drivers seat, so no more rocking around.

In the box of stuff I got from the PO I found the rear license plate lights, so I put them back on. I also got all new bulbs for all four corners so all the lights now work, except for one rear left circuit that I need to investigate...as it gets NO 12v at all, but only the brake/tail socket

Cleaned up the motor just a bit more and added some more coolant/water. It's starting to shape up now.

Also got new SS screws for the lights and sidemarkers and got those on the caddy.

Looks good Mikey. It's so much fun to recondition an interior because it's such a huge difference. I'm feeling a strange urge to start calling it Charlie Babbit. (10 scene pts for anyone who can name the reference.)

Haha, well it made me feel pretty idiotic for a while that's for sure so the name would fit. Stupid check valve!

Pretty soon here, when I'm feeling rich I'll maybe order up some Raceland coils and drop plates from http://oldskoolvw.com/ and see how far I can dump it on those wheels (not far lol).

Got a bumper from an 1980 donor thanks to Randy in Worden  Looking for bumper clips and I can get the front end together.

Anyone have a rear bumper they want to sell?
