Just over at JoAnne's Fabrics, there's a whole section of upholstery materials in all kinds of colors. Bonus that it was 50% off :thumbsup:

Big thanks to oldfolkswagen for a bunch of headliner pics. I was able to get my headliner squared away tonight with only a few minor details to work out.

First I wrapped the corners of the backer board on the side B pillars. As that was setting, I then used some 3M super 90 to tack the jute back to the roof. After the corners set I went ahead and test fit it into the truck:

Trim installed, and pretty much what it will look like when finished.

It needs to come back out for a final glue and trim around the rear window area, then it's going in permanently. I'll glue the vinyl in the windows, and then the glass goes back in. I'm definitely going to clean up the window channel, POR-15 it, then call Safelite to come put some glass in the front, and the interior will be finished.

Looks good!
I hope I can find a good replacement vinyl for mine. "baby poo orange" So ugly, you have to like the color.
Maybe I can use the same material for a rebuild on the seat inserts.
