Buru needs gear box. It bounced out of 4wd while I was giving er power some time back and must have stripped the teeth that engage the rear diff. I redid the linkage for the shifter and 4x4 but it only made it shift better. I may have an xt AWD Dual Range with center diff lock and LDS lined up. GLI has me in the poor house though

Going to try to get the gear box from this extracted in the next day or two. Gears are taller but I get tons of traction out of the deal.

Turbo 1800cc Limited slip AWD with center diff lock. This thing had to have been awesome.

I like the 2door versin better

Is that a GL-10? I almost bought the wagon version of that back in the day. It was definitely quick compared to the Loyale with cheese.

That's an RX actually. Some of my favorite Subarus. The rally one pictured is the rarest of the rare, 1 year only (85) RX sedan. I would kill for one of those. I had an 86 GL-10 turbo 4wd wagon. Sweet car.

GL-10s are sweet. They're all dead now though.

Ah I see. I forgot about the "RX" designation. Man there were some cool cars around when I got my license. Too bad I had no money then!

Got the gearbox out. Did find loose chunks of metal inside.
