Sounds like your headgasket didn't seal and is leaking. Since I saw coolant around your expansion bottle makes me believe that.
Like I said, VR's are hard to get the headgasket to seal up if you dont resurface the head, and prep the block VERY good.

i did all of that but the resurface but i could not do it i hade to mutch coration and could not machine it.
i can't spell but if you stare at it long enuff it looks like a hiden vr6

no but i cant see any corotion in that one is that the one that is on your vr
i can't spell but if you stare at it long enuff it looks like a hiden vr6

It had a bit, but when it was resurfaced it was clean.
only took .006 off.
