Washed her up today, and took a lot of pics. Here are a few.

Here are a couple pics of the GTi. This was an autoX car that we never ran. I worked on this with Matt @ Ultimate Performance Tuning (he is a VW god). In short It's a 2.0 aba with a stage 3 BBM supercharger kit.

Matt still owns the GTi but I think he's swapping the motor and tranny into something else. Remember I am an Oregon transplant so the car is in Eugene, OR. As well as Matt's shop UPT. FYI Matt was the previous owner of my Jetta and the man responsible for creating the monster.

What are you running for a ring & pinion?
& How do you like it for acceleration & highway combo?

The Jetta is a highway beast 118 in 3rd!
The GTi I never got to drive. prob has traction issues down low, it does have a peliquen sp?
Never changed the ring and pinion. Replaced first gear in the Jetta once. So the tranny is stock but the 18s take a way down low and add up top.
