Maybe ad a swap meet to the show. I've been stock piling parts for a couple of years for those "I might need this someday" kind of days and the crawl space is filling up faster than I would like it to. The rest sounds good to me, Friday BBQ, Saturday breakfast, local cruise, car show, party at night.

i say a little later in the year wouldnt hurt, seems we battle every year with good hopes of weather, when pushing it back a hair would be better odds. plus i would enjoy maybe seeing the Joe and porsche out this time

When is the auto x at the love and baxter church>? it would be cool to couple the weekend with an event on hand like this!

Events at the Commons (Love lane and Baxter) are 5/14, 8/6, and 9/10.
MSU, at the field house lot unfortunately, are 6/26, 7/10
There will probably be two or three events at the Ice Garden/Cardinal dist in mid July, mid August, and late Sept.

If there is no drive, well large drive i.e. the park cruise, we should set this up so the majority of everyone can attend. we have room for a gang of people to stay at our place, so we can save folks alot on hotels etc. and would love to get everyone we can and have the best turnout to date. tho very fun, the park cruise wasnt in the cards for alot of folks wereas a weekend with no extra 250 mile + drive should be alot more feasable to more people. we can still set it up the same way, have a meet and greet BBQ, then reserve the bogart park for that saturday, and do a small cruise to hyalite later in the day and do a BBQ at HYalite lake, maybe a party for those who want to attend that night, then split do the auto cross on sunday, or a head home day etc etc.

How does July 23rd sound for some people? July 9th is too close to the 4th for a lot of people to make it.
