What brand did you order for coilovers?

dont think you can get coilovers for these, you have to get sleeves collars springs etc, and bust out the grinder! i heard of a company that makes a kit, but the price is so outragous i cant think of anyone whod buy it.

Yeah that's what I was thinking when he said coilovers. The only company I know that makes "coilovers" for these cars are 2bennet and the price is just god awful. A lot of what I have seen was people running a cup kit I think is the name. Just a spring shock combo with a sleeve.

DIY coilovers. I'm rocking some A1 Racing components, QA1 springs (350F/400R), and some adjustable Koni Sports for rebound. There's no way in Hell I'd purchase the 2B Coilovers that leave you still needing more parts after shelling out nearly $2500...either way, it will be an enormous upgrade to the OE suspension setup.

I contacted Audi today to check the status on the bumper bracket I need to eliminate the sagging look...apparently they have no idea how to find one. So I asked if they had a website or contact I can look for myself. They gave me a website: http://www.shop4volkswagen.co.uk/

I was able to find the bracket I was needing but having it shipped from the UK to here cost me $29 shipped...still not a bad option. For those searching for a site to locate hard to find parts, check those guys out...

I was able to throw on the missing bracket I received from the UK this weekend and it certainly helped tighten up the gap from the front bumper to the grille. I still have a little tweaking to do but for the most part, the gap is more liveable.

I also got around to installing the 034 Big MAF kit this weekend. I threw on my 90's v6 MAF, plugged a couple unused intake hose ports, and it definitely woke up the 7A above 4k RPM...I'm glad too as it seems to have eliminated the intermittent power loss I was having throughout the power band...so far, I'm happy with the results while still not having the ECU reflashed...

Haha, yeah I wasn't sure what to use but I had some old Ruger .480 shells lying around...turns out it was a perfect fit. On the underside, I used a battery post plastic cap which seemed to have worked well too...
