Allroad diffs look the same but without the long snout, not sure if you could swap the snout from the allroad diff and run it.

Do you have the front axles?

I'm doing some research now to find out what the possibility would be.

Ok, I'm calling it.

Failed trans, so this is now going to be 6MT swapped.

If anyone knows of a local C5 A6 6 speed, I need a parts car and/or drive line and swap bits.

Alternatively, I'm looking at this kit. This decision is based off of quite a bit of feedback from Audizine users, plus i called Scott, the owner, and did a sniff check and he seems to know exactly what he's doing over there:

and it says they do the rebuild on them before they go out. just put one of their kits in an s4 and came with everything needed minus one bolt.... a starter bolt.

For sure, I checked them both and found better feedback with AA. Really good feeling that both places have good Audi parts for just about all platforms

AA is awesome too, bought my 6mt rebuild kit from there, best prices and service, Think his name was Scott Dewitt? they have a really good harness for the reverse lights. and an adapter to make the auto trans driveshaft work with the manual, nice billet piece.
