Thanks again Aeron - the remote start works fine and I used it all weekend because it's so convenient. Damn that PATS interface.

Seriously, if you guys don't have remote start and/or keyless entry installed in your vehicle you need to get it. With the wiring list it wasn't too hard to install, and with a couple of calls to Aeron to straighten out a couple of wiring issues (that were my fault of course) I had everything working fine.

I want to put a remote start/alarm in my car as soon as I can aford one. we have an astro start in my wifes Grand Caravan and yes it is awesome especially here when it is -27 degrees and we can start it from our kitchen in the morning.

She likes it and I like the room however it's an 03 so no stow-n-go. I'm a German car guy to the core, so I would not have a Caravan, i'd have a Passat wagon or somnething like that but it's her car and it works. Maybe we'll trade it for the new VW Van. :mrgreen: :beer:
