Haha...yeah. I put it back in when I got home. Old cars and all :P you wanna see jacked up paint, check out my passenger side lowers. Flaked having the shop work it when I had it in for the bumper.

And speaking of bumper, my left exhaust tip hits it...*sigh*

New ignition switch. Wow does the new one make a difference. No more guessing weather it's going to start or not. :)

I've been taking this apart for a while a couple weeks now but reassembly began this past Thursday. Got the motor finally pulled in the 5K and new clutch installed with the help of my buddy Joe. This made the work pretty quick. It's a Spec stage 2 with a later model MC2 flywheel which weighs in at about 17lbs vs the MC1 flywheel which weighs 23lbs. This should help the off the line feel a bit. Also put in the new starter, redid some very corroded wires, got the radiator and header panel back on, along with a newer booster and master cylinder. It's starting to look like a car again! Next up is the big valve head, 20v headgasket, ARP studs, uncracked early 5k exhaust manifold, fresh k26, and rebuilt injectors. Hopefully I can get this driving before the snow hits the ground! Pics of my confined disaster, I'll get some updated ones this coming week.

All of this because of a exhaust leak....ahaa I guess one thing does lead to another!
