So, It cranks, however, there's no fuel pump during cranking, or spark.
If I jump the pump, it will run.
The coil pack has 12v to it.
There is no power to the Crankshaft position sensor. So I have no rpm reading during cranking.
I can communicate with the ABS controller in VCDS, but I get no response from the ECU.
Bad ECU?
EDIT: Does anyone have a stock OBD2 chip/ecu I can try? I think the C2 Tune chip might be bad.

So, I think I have made the most pro ass gauge relay block I've ever seen.
Had an extra relay block, robbed wiring and plugs from my 3 extra wiring harnesses. Do some cutting and soldering and you have made yourself the best relay block ever.
Here it is clipped to the top of the fuse box. I have power for it right from the battery terminal on the fuse block, and the relay is triggered by the ignition switch on position. Even has a fuse on the power wire.
Off the power side of the relay I wired on some extra terminals from another wiring harness. Then you just solder the other connector to your gauge ground and power. Talk about OEM+
Yay it works! Maybe ill put the interior back together tomorrow.
EDIT: Engine bay shot.. Not much left to do really. Tidy up some engine bay wiring, get a different battery as the posts are backwards, and put the interior back together now that all the wiring there is done. Been trying to get the right zip ties from VW that go on the engine bay studs, but they keep sending me ones that are too large of a hole. Once I get those I can tidy up the engine bay wiring.

So, C2 won't warranty my chip. I just purchased a new one from United motorsport.

Put the interior back together for the most part tonight. I need to buy some new bits as the 22 year old plastic cracks if you look at it wrong.
