Have the DG Racepipe on and the EGR cooler unhooked (both exhaust and coolant). Still have to yank the sucker out though. I'll post up some more pics when I get it out to show what all came out. I had the DG pipe in the other night but scratched the paint when I put it in :banghead: :banghead: . So I took it off, took the paint off, scuffed it up a little better, repainted it, and got it back on.

(yeah I know, the engine compartments a little dirty)

About 10,000 miles since I cleaned out the intake and no sign of it starting to clog. Now there will be NO chance of it starting.

Not my dub but, a guy pulled in to my driveway (to deliver a hard drive) and I ended up looking over his car and selling him a used set of plug wires and he is coming back for a chip :) I also topped off his coolant and pointed out some things to watch and fix but, most importantly I directed him to this site.
Also put in my new front o2 sensor. no more CEL :)

Finally got my manual boost controller hooked up. Didn't take much tweaking and I cut my boost spikes down from 22psi to 18psi. :D Should help the turbo last a little longer!

Here's a short video I made with my last dyno data: My Video
You can see what I'm talking about as far as boost spikes.

This past week I needed to refinish my headlight lenses and while I was at it I decided to Joey Mod them too for something a little different I also painted my hi beam cups yellow while at it. I love how simple things can really change the look of a car!

This is how they turned out. I'll do a small write up of the steps I took when I get some more time!

Yup, had to pull alot of crap off to be able to pull the headlight assemblies!

p.s. The oil on the driveway is from my Jeep, not the Dub! :sly:
