Wow that looks awesome. Whats the U shaped bar that is bolted to the frame at the top of the picture? Looks like it attaches under the bed...?

Good answer... that is the stock spare tire carrier. (real close up!)
I will probably have that biasing valve installed tomorrow.
It just takes me some time to think through the design and fab for this project.
I just don't want to throw it together. I want to drive it and have it be fun to work on in the end.
Looking too far ahead wastes time. Need to just keep working on what's next.

Rear Brake Proportioning Valve Fab
Rear Break Proportioning Valve
Fabricated the remote mount with manual adjustment for biasing the rear brakes.
Installed it today by mounting it to the rear wall of the cab.
Good spot where lines terminate to go forward and back out of that unit.
Also a conveinient spot for manual adjustment when tunning it in.

Another "mini project" out of the way!
I'll work on running hard lines from this valve to the rear disks next.

Yes... according to the Bentley that arrow must point towards France when adjusting the valve...?
