yes. it is called a qloader. it basically flashes the ecu. So when you saw me smoke Florence up lol I had a "flash" that was a little too agressive combined with a plugged intake. So I requested a milder "flash" and it works much better with my clutch. Now once I can get a vagcom I can give them the test I can perform and they will adjust a tune to fit my car even better.

What they would do is flash their tune over it...I don't think you can put a malone tune on the Qloader. If I am understanding your post right.

The qloader is spendy, the reason I got it was Paul gave me a 20% discount for being military so that made it worth it to me, plus it is handy if you want to modify the car in stages then you can email them tell them what you did and they will send you a new tune. I think with Malone you have to pull the entire ECU and they custom program the ecu.

I think the biggest thing to note with these tuning boxes is getting access to a VCDS to run a log test. Then if you are spiking you can show them the log and they will make the adjustments where they are needed. problem is the 200+ for a vcds.......plus I still have a desktop computer.
