I'm not using the bottom end from this one though. I do have a mag drain plug ready to catch anything left over that may be up in the head somewhere.

Lol, that's right, that's the part you want. Well, this is the good head (lol) and the other will also be good too, but the cam profile is slightly different on the MKIII so it won't work for me.
Want to buy a complete head with only 86K miles?

Yeah, I had the support all unbolted just in case, but my hoist cleared everything so I said F it. Plus the weather was shitty and I wanted to get in my garage.
That hoist is a big bitch, it lifts 4000 lbs. I could swing Aeron's Mom off that motherf*cker.
