The only thing I can see off the top of my head would be some injectors, what cc, I don't know yet, but I can find out soon. Other than that and the PMIC, I wouls say you caould go stage 2 off the bat with those injectors. what is the date code or production date of your car? I need that also for the power ratings. I would say that the stage 1 is going to get you at least 30-40 horse, If it is a post 2000 1.8T that was rated at 150 bhp, you would be looking at a 57 horse gain and 72 ft-lbs! and the stage 2 only increases after that. It does sound like you are sitting on a monster......

Stage 2 Hardware Requirements

For 1.8T Transverse. Golf/Jetta/Bora/A3/S3/TT/Leon/Ibiza, etc

Required: 4 bar Fuel Pressure regulator (stock is 3 bar)
Turbo back exhaust with testpipe or highflow catalytic convertor
(2.5"-3.0" diameter exhaust recommended)

Recommended: Cold Air intake (from stock MAF to front of car)
Turbo inlet pipe (Samco turbo inlet hose)
Front-mounted Intercooler (This is a BIG improvement for all cars)

Also with the AWW stage 1 is a 40 bhp and 65 ft lb gain. It also looks like you have everything you need for stage 2, as injectors are not needed, just a 4 bar fpr. Although when I look up the stage 2 on Revo's website, a stage 2 is not listed for that year. I wll have to check and see if that is just a mistake on the website, or if there is a reason for no stage 2. There is a stage 2 available for the pre 2000 and the 2001 up, so either there is something funny with your motor, or thiet IT guy screwed up on the website. Lets hope for the latter.....

JayRyan wrote:Wow...all that requires so much work! I can get my hands on a $120 TP so I might do that. Comes with the O2 sensor mounts as well so I'll only be throwing a couple codes instead of a few :sly: :D
I think the Revo stage 2 file has an option for a cat delete so you don't light up your dash. Might have been somewhere in VAG COM instead. Aeron should be able confirm either or call me crazy.
