Installed a walbro 255lph fuel pump in the s4, put in the second Forge 008 diverter valve. new plugs. new fuel filter, found and fixed a crushed evap line, wasnt an issue, but fixed anywho, started shopping for F21 Frankenturbos (porsche/audi hybrid) stage 3+ goodness.

Noice! I had a 255 in my Gaylant and that thing was loud! I'd imagine in a full interior Audi it would be a little quieter though. What does the stage 3 get 'cha?

up to around 500whp depends on which turbos tho. ive seen tial 770 setups with 700 whp! dont want it that crazy tho. id like to stomp out an 11 second quarter mile on pump gas, if the need arises
replaced a leaky 4 bar fuel pressure regulator, which was the problem i was having with hard starting. excessive cranking etc. had raw fuel in the vac line. i can only hear the walbro when it primes, nothing while running.

I replaced the fuel pump relay in my 4k with a standard bosch relay and now can hit the redline and it sounds glorious! The factory fpr controls fuel cut, and when you have the 4cyl fpr in the place of the 5cyl fpr (a common mishap that people don't know about, partly because there's bad part numbers floating around), you only get 4/5 of the rpm range so I was cutting out at 4900ish. The only downside to having a non standard fuel pump relay is that the fuel pump is running always with the ignition on, which can be a safety issue if you get in a wreck.

Picked up my lasered out camber plates today from JE Soares, they look great! The bearing housing will get welded in at about a 10 degree angle (same as stock). Pics:

Sweet dude. Soares is one cool shop. Gotta love the barn you would never expect that many machines. Aramada CNC brake, punches and laser. Way cool. Did you design the plates yourself? Cad?

No kidding, that place is very unassuming! And yeah, I modeled everything up in Solidworks.
