Today I decide to start attacking the grime on the underside of the Golf's hood and engine bay in general. This car has had some serious leaks in it's life and looks like it has never been cleaned. I have pressure washed it twice and barely touched it...but a strong mix of simple green seemed to do the trick. Jd3 and I recently fixed some oil leaks and I figured it was time to do some cleaning. Not trying to make it perfect...that will come sometime later

love those 4 door golfs. wish I could find a clean 4 door golf diesel to do a tdi swap for a daily.

I had some left over red caliper paint from my Jetta, so...

and black for the drums

I think they came out well.
