Yeah, I got it, seems to be okay, I unpacked it from the box, but left the last bubble wrap on the actual radio to keep it fresh. It was packed very well. Provided that radio can run 4 ohm speakers I can handle that for you(I carry full audio). If it needs something else, (2 or 8 ohm) then you are on your own for those. I was going to call you today about it, but I forgot. Anyway, that is all!!

Thanks Aeron.
Not sure what it's designed to run. I know back in the day those radios would power 2 off the shelf speakers in the door or in the parcel shelf. Poorly, but they would run them.
I just wanted something with FM so I can run my ipod through it.

Sure, I figured that you weren't going to listen to AM radio the whole way back, bbut I bet you could get the farm report most of the way!! Speakers should be 3.5" in the dash and 4x6" in the rear shelves. I can get you into some of those pretty cheaply.

3.5's under the side defrost vents? That might work.
I was thinking about 6" round speakers in the Rocco center console, and 4x6's on the decks.

You wouldn't be able to run 6 speakers with out an amplifier. YOu could run the 3.5" and the 6" OR the 4x6". If you have the ability, I would use the center console. I bet it would sound better.

Agreed, plus they will be hidden.
I'm thinking the 6's and 4x6's.
Not to get ahead of ourselves..............

Aeron - Not sure if I told you the 1/4 glass seals on that car are totally rotted. I had the glass out to work on the headliner, couldn't find new seals so re-used the ones I had. They really got loose putting them back in.
Please ease my mind and check to make sure the back of the car isn't full of water.
Thanks :grinsanta:

I will do that today, but I am almost positive it is just fine. I can also source the seals for it if you want new ones
