I was trying to pull the tank out this weekend and got stuck. Some thing is holding it toward the front of the tank. My tank doesn't use the straps to hold it in. It had 4 bolts across the back and 2 on the front, that i could find. Some people say the insulation mats some times stick the two together? Any suggestions?? I cant find what is holding it?

Yup, Disconnected 2 hoses 1 connector of sending unit. Unbolted fuel pump and all connected. Unbolted filler neck. Unbolted 2 front retaining tabs an 4 rear retaining tabs. That was everything i could find. I'll be back under there this weekend, maybe ill find out what is happening. The front of the tank only moves up and down an inch or so, wont move front to back.??? The back of the tank is all loosey goosey.

Got it going today, scrapped the ISV and retuned it. Didn't feel like it was running well and it felt a little under powered. So my buddy Ben and I took it down Cottonwood and back to give the digifant some ejumacation, learned it good. Running much better and more power. Couple more things to do and it will be good to go.
