I have reserved the Pavilion in the park again from 3:30PM to 10PM on the 23rd. Gonna cost an additional $25 if we would like to drink beers.

Thoughts?
Did I jump the gun here on the pavilion or were there other plans?

i know me and tony have planned on making it there so count us in on the fun

I'll be there for sure and its always nice to be able to drink if one needed to. I'm willing to pitch in. :-)

Yo Trev! Just to clarify, it is an extra $25 if you want to SERVE beer. If it's BYOB then the city doesn't care.

I was told you cant drink in the park unless you pay the waiver. I will check with them again though when I go to pay. I'd hate for peeps to get a $100 fine over $25. Either way I will make sure we can have an adult beverage if we want.

Also if anyone wants to set up a "ill bring this to the BBQ" list post here what you want to bring.

well have the BBQ grill propane, cooking stuff etc. plus some food too.

Do we have a head count yet?
I'd be happy to pitch in on food but need to know for how many people.
