lol thanks for the compliments guys. Im very happy with how this turned out. plenty of power when i need it but still daily drivable. and yes the eaton turns heads were ever i go.. no one quite knows how to react to a supercharged mk2 jetta! LOL
hopefully ill be able to make it down to bozo next weekend, or some time this week

next weekend well all be gone to lewistown for the Big Buck Shootout (drags) hell, drive the jetta to lewistown put it on the 1/4 mile! I'll be running the pops' plymouth

well i got a boost gauge hooked up...
7lbs at 2200RPM and 10lbs at 5500rpm just befor i shift
so at best im only making 160-170hp, same as a stock g60

what you using for crank pulley? ABA? thats nothing for it, time to get a small pulley. if you got traction in first, its not enough
if your @ 8.5-1 CR you should be knockin on 175 180 as a G60 is only 8-1 CR
for capability info, mine, stock G60 long block with S4 injectors and dyno tuned custom burned chip @ SLS in germany made 236 wheel hp at if i remember like 4250RPM the pulley was only 1/16th of an inch on either side of the bearing for the pulley

it couldnt get smaller
