Updates.
Ok, so I have pulled the injectors (thanks Randy), cleaned/flushed with carb spray and blew them out with air. Connected them back up and they spray fine. They were definitely stuck shut and part of the non-start issue. I also replaced the fuel filter and replaced the injector seals with new ones.
Testing the CIS, I have the injectors pulled and sitting in a bucket, and when I give power to the pump I get a constant spray. When I lift the air box plunger up with a magnet, nothing changes

If I am reading the Bentley correctly, I should get no spray until I lift the plunger.
So...I'm thinking the plunger in the fuel dizzy is stuck and varnished up. It's easy enough to pull off, so I will clean it out and check it.
I also am still getting just a trickle of fuel back to the return line. I blew the lines out with some air, but nothing changed, so no restriction there. Again a symptom that the fuel dizzy is probably stuck.
Another oddity, when I have the pump powered and running, it sucks fuel right up but then it acts like it's stopping somewhere in the line, and the pump starts acting like it can't pump fuel. Since the pump runs ad sounds fine, pulls fuel fine, but it stops after filling the line with fuel I think it's also related to the fuel dizzy being plugged up and/or stuck. I'm also thinking the regulator plunger may be stuck as well, so I'll probably pull that to and run some carb cleaner though it.
After testing the CIS, I put injectors in and tried to run it. Put the engine at TDC and verified the dizzy is clocked at #1 cylinder. It runs for just a second or two, then dies. I think it's totally fuel related, because I have strong spark. I can hear the pump running when I turn the key, so the relay appears to be working properly.
Randy, if you have some time this weekend it would be really nice to have that pressure tester. I have a brand new pump ready to go if I need it

Although, after I clean and inspect the fuel dizzy it may be ok.
Any input on any of the CIS issues?
