After it got nice and warm it kept stalling out at Idle as usual....Brandon found some cracks that formed in the exhaust manifold. They were not there when I had it coated. Thanks B, looks like its getting a header :unibrow:
Good excuse.

Got the header on. If anyone decides to buy one of these raceland headers, 1:fit it to your motor and to the rest of the exhaust system 2: tighten the sh#t out of the slip joints 3: Remove header and weld the slip joints. those joints do not seal up with just clamping them. According to the Vortex this is very common. My FPR regulator kept falling off too. The cheap ebay fuel rail is a nightmare. The vibration from the motor would crack the fitting eventually along the threads. Made a bracket ant mounted it remotely on the tranny.Image

The Rocco had its first off road experience today(under my ownership) I am going to change the alignment may back to where it was. Right now it seems to only handle 90deg turns at high speeds, any thing less than 90 seems to push really bad(like off the road through tall grass and almost into a ditch). good thing I marked where the alignment was before. Thank Brandon for sharing the experience with me.

The Scubaru was wrecked and sold. Now the Rocco is my daily. Let me tell you hwat, this car with these tires is SICK in the snow and ice. It gets jostled by everything but it holds awesome. I feel more comfortable in it that the subaru. Here is the winterizing so far.

I still maintain that the best winter vehicle I own is mu Jetta with Blizzaks on it. Awesome.

Although lowered cars tend to push lots of snow.....I like to call it "making it's own path"
