I got my *new stubby from blackforestindustries.com - the one you see in pictures from this summer is from parts4euro.com. I have the old one laying around if you are interested.

Yeah Mike I'd totally be interested in it if it was a stubby. I looked at the pics from your post in Members cars but could not see it. Do you have some more pics where I could see it.
How much would you want for it and I can bring you money when I comethere this spring to picjk up my bug.

What did I do .......I shoveled 3+ feet of snow off of my carport, so the GTI doesn't get squashed!!!!!!
It's been parked for over a month now

, I can't wait for the roads to get better!!!!!!!

I washed mine yesterday, but today it snowed so it is dirty. Because of the salt/sand mixture they use here, I have so many new rust spost, I'm so pissed. I'm going to have to replace doors and panels. It was clean for a minute.

used some fill primer in the engine bay seen places i need to touch up a little more then started sanding with 320 grit starting to look like if spent the whole fall and winter doing body work in minimalist places, turning out like i seen it in my head so long ago, then its to the external body where the welder will strech its legs on the rear apron and wheel arches. also started sanding and guide coating the body and prepared to fill the rear sidemarker holes should be ready for paint by the time its warm, then mass stored parts will fall from the heavens and sprinkle upon the little rabbit
