well all is in an tested did a couple of runs an nothing has gone boom lol. so pics an ill try to get video!! a good diffrance now pulls harder then expecked!!!

well next is the head. i decided to take the engian aprt in chuncks. figured that wouls be the easyer way so i dont loose alot of parts.

ya i figured it out i have something stuck holding the exhaust valve open from when the ground strap on the spark bolt broke off in the cylander.

well i had a couple of days off so i decided to tack the passat again. with some hope. an i had found the problem.... not as bad as it could have been.

we are figureing ehrn the spark plug failed it go caught between the valve an the head. an broke from there is a clean brake for the most part.

no other parts of the clyander were damage

checked the clyander wall an no scrapes or gouges. an no damage to the piston at all :smoke: :smoke:
that was a tensn moment for me thinging the worst lol
