Got it home. coolant leaking for sure. puddle of some thing kinda clear and oily. I pulled the strainer from the brake reservoir, the level was not bad looked like it from the outside of the plastic. Got the skid plate off and started poking around. Lots of coolant, some engine oil from drain plug, leaking powersteering fluid from the lines from the reservoir, back side of power steering pump moist, wetness around the speed sensor on tranny(the thing toward the top on the drivers side CV. With a mirror the slave looks dry, there is a plug that looks like it goes into the slave with a little wetness on it. the clutch looks dry from the holes in the bell housing. Clutch and brakes felt fine on the drive home. Power steering fluid level down to 7/8. I just ran the car and it is up in the air no drips yet. maybe ill park it on a sheet of cardboard at work tomorrow and see exactly where it drips.

Eventually all that liquid will gum up and form a great seal. Pretend its not there.

Got it back down. Left a little puddle. Some coolant and some thing oily. It still kind of like brake fluid, oily then when dry leaves that tacky feel. I did notice that where the coolant is leaking it leaves a crusty orange residue. The coolant was orange in color too. I have read that the color of the coolant changed over the years.

So coolant flange, huh? You'll want to flush and fill with G12 coolant (the pink stuff).
The other does sound like brake fluid. I'm confused as to where it's coming from though...

The car is sitting and leaking in the parking lot at work on top of some white cardboard boxes. Ill get a better idea of where it is dripping down this way. And maybe figure out what it is. I topped off the fluids before I left for work, we'll see how much they drop. i have the parts for the flange and will try to do that this weekend. When i have all that apart I'll poke around some more.

Here is what the cardboard has told me. The front of the piece is the front of the motor behind the front stub mount. The seem between the two boxes(front to rear is the center line of the motor/tranny, and the scribbled sharpie line(from left to right) follows the axles. Everything is coming from the back of the motor. the spot next to the oily spot was a mixture of the two

Coolant flange for sure. The oily part, I'm guessing slave cylinder or the line to it.
Be sure to get the OEM coolant flange, the aftermarket versions are junk.

So this weekend I got a few things fixed/replaced. I pulled the air filter and MAF and cleaned them both. The coolant flange got replaced. While I was there i replaced the rear O2. I replaced all the seals related to the coolant flange except the one in the heater hose/coolant flange connection. That seal doesn't seem to be available unless you get the whole hose. I put in a generic oring, but it did not seal. There is a leak at that fitting now. New week another problem. I figured it out, that if I were to bill myself out for all the labor and parts for this car(labor rate of $50 hr,low shop rate, and an approximately 40hrs a month) plus parts, this thing has costs me around $2300 a month. Good thing i can do all my own repairs. The oily leak seems to have stopped? I could not find a single wet spot on the clutch slave system. I'm wondering if some stop leak of some sort was added to the cooling system that has some oil of sorts in it. The coolant was a rusty orange color. For now it is just leaking coolant. Good thing that coolant is very cheap, only $50 for a 5L jug.....

The car has decided to take it up a notch. Loosing power again, sounds like another boost leak. Also it is making a grinding wizzing kind of noise from the lower front of the motor(kind of noise a ball bearing that has dried out and is going bad makes). Any ideas on that noise.
