Hmm, Alright - Also - When i start the car in the morning or after its been sitting for a while it makes a really really high pitched whine. This goes away after a couple of min - any ideas???
Also - if i turn the wheel back and forth, it will make a clunking/knocking sound.. anyone know what that is?

Dood, are you like like looking for things to be wrong with your car or what??!
The whine is your secondary air injection pump. I pumps hotter air from the exhaust into the intake to help reduce emissions by warming the intake air on start up. You are noticing it now because seasonal temps are dropping so it runs longer and more frequently.
The clunk when you turn the wheel could be lower control arms, ball joints, tie rods, sway bushings, or maybe even sub frame bushings. The easiest way to check for the first three issues is to jack up the wheel and grab it with your hands at 12 and 6 o'clock and try to move it, then try the same with your hands at 9 and 3 o'clock. If it moves with the first test it's LCA or ball joints. The latter would be tie rod ends.
The sub frame bushings/bolts are harder to diagnose, but basicallly you will hear the whole thing shift when you turn the wheel.
All those things are just guesses, and things that are common to a MKIV. For what you explained you could simply have a bolt something loose under there.

the rear ones are fine, the front lower control arm ones are REALLY REALLY BAD. Replace them asap.
and yeah, that kit is good.
