Can't believe the volvo threw down at the drags this weekend... and it did awesome! smoked a mustang, then a wrx!! i bet that made that dude fell like poo! 8.3 for the second pass.

Its all true... minus the 8.3 lol. I was running high 9's in an 1/8th mile..

first past, smoked a svo 2.3t mustang by 2.5 - 3 lengths
second pass, smoked a 03 stage 2 wrx by 1.5 - 2 lengths
third pass, ffffffssssssssssssss BOOM!! blew out the rear diff during my tire warm up. haha, guess my 215 dunlops hooked to well. (its already fixed and back together with way more welds to the spider gears)

was a hell of alot of fun, its always a good time when a car you built on a budget (under 1k) smokes cars that people have over 12k into. Scotty in his wrx was amazed when i blew his doors off in my almost 40 year old volvo.

i was running around 15psi of boost. guesstamating around 250whp and similar tq numbers. (woulda put it on the dyno but it blew up to quick haha)

if anyone finds pics of the drags please post them. i've searched high and low and cant find any. i know there were tons of people in the stands shooting tons of pics. none have turned up as far as i can tell..

that turbo aircooled bug was smoking fools aswell.. i think he is on this site....
