I wish I had half that talent, if I move to Bozeman, could you help me work on My GLI, I need to get rid of some rust spots plus I'd like to do some metal work on it, shave some wholes, and get rid of my side markers and what not, but I'm not good at any of that.

dont be fooled, im only teaching myself, if it doesnt work out the first time i redo it until i like it, ive spent months just sanding and filling very miniscule spots in my engine compartment, and what ive finished now would take a pro about a week. maybe by the time you get here i would be good at it so yea, good possibilities

Works for me, by the way as a side bar, have you heard about any jobs at the dealership? I'm just curious. If I would send an email who would I talk to? I went on the website, but could not find any information.
Thanks,
hope to move there so I can learn how to work on my GLI.

Thank you, I actually was able to reach someone there today, I spoke with Jim Fretwell the General Manager. When I come for the GTG in June I'm going to meet with him and talk about work. Thanks for all of your help.

I washed the GTi and put it back under the cover. It started snowing and she got scared about being on the roads with all the SUV moms!
