In the POR 15 instructions... there are two sets. for the application instructions is says to apply second coat of POR15 over tacky first coat. On the " instructions for people who dont read instructions" is never apply POR 15 to tacky surfaces. That was my question.

All the answers ive gotten have ranged from apply second coat when first is tacky to it doesnt matter. my oregon edge-a-macation is leading me to apply the second coat of POR 15 when the first is tacky.... what you do renty???

Jurgen, just like in most types of paint/coatings a second coat will bond better to the first coat when said first coat is still tacky and not dried.
