the welder is a firepower 130. its not a heavy guage welder but perfect for what will happen in my garage, and its comparable to the lincoln 130 and hobart handler 140. kevin's getting the same one. it must be pretty good if the snap-on guy deals them. and $700 bones :thumbsdown:

but you can never have to much welder.. There will always be something you want to weld. ;)

FINALLY some progress that looks like some accomplishment! it feels so good to finally be putting parts back onto the car its been a LONG time already I :heart: OEM vw parts, copied a few measurements outta the bently tacked the front apron on and installed the hood and fenders to check the fitment and alignment of everything, aw hell pics tell all :laughing: :thumbsup:

i know, im so damn rich i thought it should have its own damn chair
if i could afford a Miller Welder it would have a lazy boy :o
