sounds good. I'll go get the discs from harbor freight tomorrow. Hopefully the inner rust isn't bad.
What grit did you use on your beetle wade

Again it depends on what your sanding. If you want to go down to metal like I did on my Beetle use an abrasive wheel for a grinder. They are around $5 per disc and are over by the grinder attachments.

Yes I want to get to metal how long did one disc last. Its been many years since I've used them I cant remember. I was thinking of getting 3 or 4 of them. Its just around the wheel wells.

So have we decided when and where to take the cruise. I would like to a cruise every couple of months maybe to different places. Meet up. More of a legitimate car club. Where we have meetings and dues and be official. So many great memories of being a part of the local Porsche club growing up. It's too bad no one wants to do that now. It would be so much fun.
