Ya it is a good lil car. I have to call a guy back who may be interested. I really hope it sells in the next couple weeks. I cant sleep im thinking about a new 4 wheeler so much

Hey I sent my friend Mike your way via cragislist. Hes a super cool dude with a baby on the way, needs a car to drive back forth to bozo to finish his BS at MSU. He has never owned a vw before but always has liked mine.

He isn't a mechanic at all. Im gonna put him under my VW wing.. and take care of his car/help him work on it himself.

What upcoming work would you do to it to make it a solid DD.

So ill be there if he looks at it. He is stoked.

thanks for the referral. I called him last night when I got home. Looks like he is wanting to come up this friday. The only thing wrong with it is the rough idle on start up. It has to be a sensor of some type. Oh and the cooling fan runs for 10 mins after the car turns off. another switch/relay im sure. I dont have a junk yard here to go get a ton of relays/switches or these things would be done by now. For the time I have driven it it has been a great car. I forgot to mention that I replaced the seal on top o the tranny where the speedo cable enters and it got new Bosch cap and rotor. If I didnt get the atv bug I wouldnt be selling it. I am still amazed that all the door panels still have the factory screws and mounting hardware. The wireing hasnt been hacked up at all. I am also gonna sell what ever else I have that I dont use. I know im going to regret selling it but damn I got to go ride the quad im buying yesterday and I cant go on in life without having the option to ride when ever I want.
