I just got a new shadow so my Magna is up for grabs. This bike does need work. It has a bent shift fork which is a 25 dollar part but requires a good time investment to replace. The bent fork does not allow you to drive in 6th gear and first gear will grind a little, but it is still perfectly drivable. It also needs fork seals which is going to happen to almost any bike you ever own. This bike is a blast to ride. Very quick and worth fixing. Mileage is just under 9000 miles and runs like a top. Sounds mean a hell too.

These bikes were, and still are renowned for being a great machine to kill yourself on

Shift fork is in the gearbox. The crank comes out before you can get to the gears :( It would be a winter project. Sixth gear is overdrive so its more of a luxury than a necessity. Parts are cheap but its gonna take lots of hours.

I'll get some good photos tomorrow in the sun and post em up if I still have it. Ive had four calls in the first few hours of my craigslist post and three people have already looked at it.
