Looking for one person or possibly a couple to rent one bedroom located in the downstairs level of our beautiful, tri-level home at 2521 Annie Street.
Great room with a good sized sliding window.
Electric heat.
Bathroom is shared with one female.
Washer and dryer.
Two fully furnished living rooms.
Big kitchen with dishwasher.
15' vaulted ceilings in kitchen/living room area.
HD Cable available if you pay for your own box.
Wi-Fi included.
Crawl space for storage.
BIG back yard!
Rent and utilities average out to around $365 +/- in the winter months. (Usually less!)
Rent, internet, cable, garbage, water, and sewer are an average of $1460 each month so if you're a couple we will split it 5 ways for a total of $292/Month each.
We will consider a cat or dog.
Strictly no smoking of anything.
One male and two females. A full time drywaller, a full time teaching student in her senior year, and a full time Sociology student.
We're all considerate of studying so if you need quiet time, you got it.
Otherwise we're really outgoing!
One months rent required for deposit ($365)
Oh and your first month of rent is free! (Just pay the deposit.)
