fiberglass camper top

Anybody ever paint the fiberglass shell on a camper top? I had some graffiti sprayed on the white top that won't clean off. The message is offensive so I need to remove it. I was going to get some white fiberglass primer, then brush on a top coat of paint. I don't need this to look really good, just good from 10 feet.

Hey man, have you tried Goof-Off?
There are also a lot of fiberglass top restoration products that you could just scrub it with.
If it comes down to it, painting fiberglass is no big deal at all.
We would just have to lightly sand it, mask it, prime it, then shoot a coat of paint on it. Do it right or you will regret it!

Does anyone have a paint gun they could help with this?? Dad and I want to do it right, but we dont have a shop or paint gun or anything.
We have sanders and things of that nature, just no way to apply the paint properly

i imagine he will, i will have to call him, we just don't really have any money to put into this, but we just rattle canned the van so that it would be one color again, someone wrote satan loves you on the top of the van a while ago - we are trying to get it off, we have tried a couple of graffiti removers and things of that nature, but it persists. I recommended repainting it white, but i don't want to do it with a rattle can. that would look like crap. Ideally we would like to repaint the whole car, but the topper is the primary focus at this point in time.
Could we use your gun maybe? I could try to shoot it =) always up for learnin !

We can hook you up with some Nason on the cheap or something to paint it with.

I've actually seen his van now that you said what was wrote on it lol.
Does he just want to paint the top white? And what's the color of the bus itself?

Nason is a cheap "fleet" line of DuPont.
It's great paint for the price.
You've seen Brandon's Rabbit, that's Nason.
For a cheap respray Nason will look amazing!
PPG and DuPont are expensive for a reason, they're the best.

In that case, any single stage would be great.
But hey, why not do it right first time? We can have it look good at 0.010 of an inch.
