Can get a really good price on a set of Santa Monicas...Problem is, this guy must have learned to park by feel.

Anyone know if it is possible, with a little elbow grease, to restore these back to that "brushed" finish? Or would my only option be to sand and polish/paint? I would prefer the OEM look. I'm trying to grab these for less than $150...

Their lighter than her current rims now right so that means less weight and better gas mileage right?
